Please note: this is an invite-only event.

Each participating organization within the ICAI labs invests significantly in collaborative research, specifically targeting AI topics aligned with their strategic interests. However, determining the value of the lab and its success is not so easy. How do you measure the value and how do you decide what matters and what is impact? There might be different approaches of measuring and determining the success of a lab, but how do you do this and when is the lab a proven success? Each organization possesses distinct needs and criteria for defining the lab's success. During our session, we aim to explore various operational models within the labs and leverage mutual insights to enhance approaches.
