ICAI’s Support To ensure the success of Cross Labs Day, ICAI will provide the following support:

  • Financial Contribution: ICAI will partly contribute per event to cover organizational costs.
  • Moderator Support: ICAI will arrange for a professional moderator to oversee the event, ensuring smooth facilitation and a focus on the event’s goals.
  • Registration Management: ICAI will handle registrations via its website, ensuring a streamlined process for participants.
  • Collaboration Facilitation: ICAI will assist in identifying and suggesting potential collaborations among participating labs.

Event Structure
  1. Opening Session: Moderator will do the opening session and set the goals for the event
  2. Lab Presentations: Short presentations by participating labs to showcase their research focus, ongoing projects, and collaboration needs.
  3. Deepdive sessions: Themed discussions to explore specific topics and potential partnerships. 
  4. Closing & Action Points: Summary of key insights and next steps to continue collaboration.
  5. Networking Borrel: Informal sessions to build connections and deepen relationships.

The topics and content of the event should be designed by the participating labs, ensuring relevance and focus.
