The program runs on a first-come, first-served basis, with funding available until travel funds are exhausted. Eligibility criteria are determined by the PI Committee and may evolve throughout the ROBUST project.
Who Can Apply?
The program is open to ICAI-based AI PhDs and postdocs conducting research exchanges between ICAI Labs, provided:
- Both the sending and hosting advisors are ICAI-affiliated, with at least one as an academic supervisor.
Reimbursement Limit: Each applicant can claim up to €1,000 in total. If their first visit’s reimbursement is less than €1,000, they may reapply in future rounds to utilize the remaining amount.
How to Apply
- Download the instructions and application form from the ICAI website.
- Secure signatures from the required lab directors.
- Submit the signed application via email to robust@icai.ai.
- After your visit, submit expenses through UvA’s expense claim system using WBS Code C.2324.0633.
- Share your impact story with robust@icai.ai during the cost declaration period.
